Elks Lodge officers have various duties related to the governance, administration, and financial management of the lodge, as well as leading rituals and community activities. The main officers and their primary responsibilities include the Exalted Ruler, Leading Knight, Loyal Knight, Secretary, Treasurer, Tiler, and others. 

Key Officers and Their Duties:

• Exalted Ruler: The executive officer of the lodge, responsible for enforcing the laws and by-laws, appointing committees, and supervising all lodge affairs. 

• Leading Knight: Assists the Exalted Ruler, presides in their absence, and attends district clinics. 

• Loyal Knight: Second in command, assists the Exalted Ruler and Leading Knight. 

• Secretary: Records meeting minutes, manages membership, and handles finances. 

• Treasurer: Manages lodge finances, collects dues, and pays bills. 

• Chaplain: Recites prayers, leads funeral rites, and performs other duties. 

• Inner Guard: stationed at the inner door during lodge meetings, ensuring that only qualified members are admitted

• Trustees: Manage the lodge's investments, properties, and budgets. 

• Committees: Assist the lodge in various areas, such as activities, finance, and community outreach. 

• Members: Participate in events, contribute to fundraising, and support the lodge's mission.
